Counselling Session Fees

Session times run from 50 minutes to 80 minutes with an additional 10 minutes for note taking and any other administrative tasks. 50 minute sessions are billed at $235 and 80 minute sessions are billed at $352.50 Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Sliding Scale

We acknowledge therapy can be expensive and fees may be a barrier in seeking help. If this is the case please let us know and we will do what we can to find a fee that is more manageable.

Free 15 Minute Consultation

We offer a free 15 minute consultation with the practitioner to explore goodness of fit. It is important both the client and practitioner feel they are a good match in terms of theraupeutic orientation and feeling seen, safe and heard during the therapeutic process.

Fees & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If there is a late cancellation or no show there will be a charge of 50% of the session fee.

Direct Billing Services

We offer direct billing for psychological services with the providers listed below.

Accessible Payment Methods

Many health providers offer coverage for psychological services for Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists, however dollar amount will vary. We recommend you contact your provider to understand your coverage. Direct billing ensures you receive the care you need without financial stress. In the case we cannot offer direct billing services you will receive a detailed invoice at the end of each session, which you can then submit to your provider for reimbursement.
